Complaints

Bradshaw Legal are committed to providing a high-quality legal service to all our clients. When something goes wrong we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards.

If you have a complaint which you are unable to resolve with the member of staff who is acting for you, please contact Mr Kevin Wilson, our Director, who is also our Client Care Director. You can write to him at: PO BOX 221, Bolton, BL1 9WN.

A copy of our company complaints procedure is available upon request. Should you require a copy or wish to discuss any aspect of our service please do not hesitate to contact us.

Insurance

We are required to make details of our professional indemnity insurance available to our clients, should you be a client and require details of our insurers please contact us and we will provide you with them.

Processing of Data

In order to progress your claim, we may need to disclose your details to third parties. If you have any objections to this please contact us with details of the objection.

If you wish to withdraw your consent to the firm holding and processing your data, you may do so by emailing this withdrawal to info@bradshaw-legal.co.uk at any time.

Should consent be withdrawn, this may lead to frustration of the retainer which may be a breach of contract. This could result in you being liable for both the costs of the firm and the costs of the other side.

In order to comply with our legal obligations any details held on the file will need to be retained for 6 years.
